Providing the daily essentials of life is Living Bread’s purpose.  Each week people from near and far come to receive food along with God’s word.

Current needs are Thursday’s noon service and the 3rd Saturday of each month. Tasks include:

o   people willing/comfortable giving devotions to the clients (30-90 clients depending on the day/time),

o   client meal donation/preparation (prepare at home and deliver to pantry) and,

o   help with various donation pickups, monitoring parking, meeting & greeting clients, intake, loading, etc.

In regard to client meals served during each service time, we encourage this particular piece to happen as a group service to help bear the brunt of the costs and time. At times we have large quantities of specific food items donated that we set aside to be used for these meals such as ham, mac & cheese etc.

We ask meal volunteers to commit to every other month. With that said, we still have many who continue to do this individually every month-whatever works!

Every Thursday: 8:45-11:15 am, 11:45 am- 2:15 pm, 5:45 - 8:15 pm

1st and 3rd Saturday of each month: 8:45-11:15 am
