The Gideons are an organization dedicated to distributing Bibles and New Testaments in 188 countries. They also seek God’s will in opening doors to new countries where they are not permitted to distribute Scriptures. Just as importantly, Gideons also pray for doors to “remain open” in those countries where laws could change, limiting opportunities to distribute the Word of God.
